University of Strathclyde It seems odd that this site has been so long coming. This University, situated in the heart Scotland's largest city, has been offering training in the pca for over a decade, it is the home of Prof Dave Mearns, well known person centred author, is the Prof. there. They also offer pca counselling services to the local community. (May 2000). An international centre of excellence in person-centred training, research and counselling. That's their self description.
