British Association for the Person Centred Approach

The British Association for the Person Centred Approach was founded in 1989 to bring together counsellors, educators and all those interested in The Person Centred Approach and Client Centred Therapy. BAPCA exists to promote the approach and ensure that the voice of client centred practitioners was heard by legislators and policy makers. The organisation is a non-profit making registered charity and is run entirely by volunteers.

We produce a bi-annual journal to promote practice and theory, a quarterly newsletter which aims to keep our members in touch with each other, a directory of UK practitioners and list of relevant training courses. From time to time we organise other one -off events of interest. If you are interested in the Person Centred Approach we invite you to join. For membership information visit their website - www.bapca.org.uk.
